  • November 2009 ; ‘Baan Ing Phu’ wins ‘Best Condo Development Award’ and obtains Top Three ranking for ‘Best Villa Project’ in Hua Hin. Download Press Release (PDF 61 KB)
  • October 2009: Baan Ing Phu has received nominations from the Thailand Property Award as Best Villa development 2009 and Best Condominium development 2009.
  • October 2009: Baan Ing Phu participates in the Second Home Fair from 9-11 October 2009.
  • September 2009: Baan Ing Phu starts with the development of the facilities, which includes a restaurant, pool, gym and SPA.
    The preparation to build these facilities started already, opening is planned for May 2010. Starting October 2009, we will offer a weekly picture update of the facilities development.
  • September 2009: Baan Ing Phu implemented it's own central cable TV system. A series of antenna's are used to receive free to air channels from many different countries and a wide variety of UBC channels. In total 30 channels are now available for this cable TV system, amongst Dutch, German, French, British and American stations. This is another step in the optimal usage of the fibre optic network at Baan Ing Phu.
  • August 2009: Baan Ing Phu connected their WAN (Wide area network), which is realised with fibre optic, to the fibre optic network of TT&T. Now, all residents can enjoy a very stable and fast broadband internet connection.
